Every driver is background-checked, drug-screened, CPR & First-Aid certified, and trained in safe passenger assistance and mobility transfers.
ADA-compliant vehicles
Clean, regularly maintained sedans & SUVs for ambulatory rides; ADA-compliant vans with side-loading wheelchair ramps for wheelchair transport.

No call center. No offshore dispatch. A direct line to the person responsible for the whole operation. Issues get heard and addressed quickly.
